Cancel Undelivered Quantity Or Increase Subsequent Deliveries
CANCEL UNDELIVERED QUANTITY OR INCREASE SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES
Seller shall not be obligated to deliver in any month more than a proportionate part of the maximum quantity specified in Section [Section Number] of this agreement, determined by dividing the maximum quantity by the total number of months included in the period of this agreement. In the event buyer fails to take in any month the above-mentioned proportionate part of the maximum quantity, the undelivered part may, at the option of seller, be cancelled or be added to subsequent deliveries under this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
